Thatched roof cooking "En"
"En" is a full-fledged cooking restaurant that revives the thatched roof of an old folk house that was built in 1915 (Taisho 4). There is a kitchen inside the mother's room, which is unprecedented in Japan, and the itamae swings his arms. A counter seat is set up in front of the board. The hearth between the boards is also a proof of an old folk house.
