Shinto shrine descending festival (paid ticket system event)
At the end of May, MASARUHILLS Nasukarasuyama will be erected at the end of May, which is a ritual of praying for the conclusion of "en" ties, gardens, circles, banquets, luster, etc., as well as prosperous business. The Buddhist deity festival by the priest of Miyahara Hachimangu, where Nasukarasuyama city is the enshrined place, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 11th. We will show you "Buddhist cuisine" that is closely related to Buddhist teachings.

About the event
At the Shinto shrine descending festival on 6/11 (Sat.), we plan to divide the vegetarian cuisine into two sets and show a total of 12 dishes (two sets and six dishes) to the participants at the "thatched roof cooking". Please enjoy the masterpiece that the chef is exercising.
[One set of six dishes]
Yuba sashimi (seaweed salt) / sesame tofu (white) / Hiryu head bowl (blue) / vegetarian simmered (grilled eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, raw fu)
/ Pickled cucumber achara (salt kelp, chili pepper) / Tochio sandwich grilled (natto, green onion miso)

Black sesame sauce (Horensou) / Maruju simmered in sardines (Satsuma potato) / Taro Toji fried (Yuba, plum meat)
/ Turnip bath blow (Yuzu miso) / Kinpira fried (burdock, carrot) / Soba porridge (white onion)

MASARUHILLS那須烏山に商売繁盛はもちろん、「えん」縁・園・円・宴・艶…等の結び祈願の祭祀である「神猿（まさる）神社」の社が5月末に建立されます。那須烏山市が鎮座地である宮原八幡宮の宮司様による降神祭が6/11（土）に行われる予定で同日、茅葺き割烹〝ゑん″では降神祭を記念して食材に肉や魚を使用しない仏教の教えと密接した「精進料理」を定員20名様に披露いたします。
